Responsibilities
- Perform quality checks on web pages and digital content for Prime Video Sports.
- Execute test case instructions and report discrepancies on new PV Sports features.
- Perform QA checks on Sports detail pages to ensure the best streaming experience for Sports fans.
- Execute test cases and report bugs accurately.
- Continuously adapt and learn new features on the tools and follow the QA SOP to spot/catch errors in the detail pages.
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines and perform regression and repetitive testing exercises.
- Be aware of operations metrics like productivity, quality, and delivery/latency SLA.
- Come up with improvement ideas to improve the QA process.
- Check and/or fix metadata, image, subtitles, audio, and video assets.
- Make judgment based decisions by following a standard operating procedure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- A passion for sports is mandatory.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications and the use of pivot tables and the development of charts and graphics
