Responsibilities
- Define and drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with AI-native, Agentic Networks evolution.
- Lead design of AI/ML-driven RAN automation and analytics solutions.
- Engage Tier‑1 operators to define use cases and drive deployments.
- Build and scale ecosystem partnerships (OEMs, ISVs, SIs, hyperscalers).
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle from concept through commercialization.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, AI/ML, and system teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Humanities, or related field.
- 8+ years of Product Management or related work experience.
- 15+ years of experience in product leadership across telecom, cloud, or AI platforms.
- Experience with agentic AI, closed-loop automation, or autonomous network architectures.
- Background in cloud platforms and AI infrastructure (e.g., hyperscalers, ML platforms).
- Proven experience building and scaling AI/ML-driven network operations or automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in telecommunications technologies (RAN, 5G/LTE, OSS/BSS).
- Knowledge of RAN intelligence, 3GPP architectures (e.g., NWDAF, RIC), and AI-driven analytics.
- Demonstrated experience working with Tier‑1 global telecom operators and driving commercial deployments.
- Experience building and scaling ecosystem partnerships across vendors, ISVs, SIs, and cloud providers.
- Strong ability to translate business strategy into product vision, roadmap, and execution.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills in global environments.
- Leadership and influence across global, matrixed organizations.
- Strong customer focus with ability to drive operator-centric solutions.
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability in fast-paced environments.
