Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and develop sales assets such as accelerators, demos, and presales assets.
- Initiate and drive multiple projects to completion.
- Bring Microsoft platform technical expertise including developer and technical program management skills.
- Establish and maintain key points of contact with internal teams (FDE Studios, WW FSI CTO team, ISD, Industry Advisors, Marketing, Engineering).
- Manage and cultivate relationships with leaders of internal teams.
- Act as an advisor to senior leadership on expertise and market awareness to inform strategic sales planning.
- Provide success measurements based on data from tools and platforms.
- Share best practices with peers.
- Synthesize findings into insights across sales projects.
- Influence decisions using executive presence and proactively identify expansive ideas for FDE deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field AND 5+ years of experience in product management or software development, OR equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of experience in Engineering Consulting.
- Required technical knowledge of Agentic AI and ability to drive development of AI capabilities that act as accelerators.
- Experience in engineering practices and engaging engineering teams.
- Working knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
- Experience enabling translation of business requirements into field and customer messaging and readiness materials.
- Ability to think simultaneously about the ‘big picture’ partner landscape overall, with attention to detail ensuring execution success.
- Required technical knowledge of the Microsoft Platform across Azure, M365, copilot, AI, security, and modern application capabilities as applied to regulated financial services and insurance environments.
- Ability to work across account teams, solution teams, engineering, partners, consulting organizations, and senior customer stakeholders to shape complex transformation programs and drive execution.
- Experience helping large enterprise customers move AI initiatives from ideation to production-scale transformation with measurable business outcomes.
- Experience developing accelerators and key assets, industry points of view, business cases, transformation roadmaps, co-innovation proposals.
- Familiarity with responsible AI, model governance, data governance, security, privacy, and regulatory considerations in insurance or other regulated industries.
Desired Qualifications
- Less than 25% travel.
- 3 days/week in-office.
- Role type: Individual Contributor.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $251,900 per year.
- Base pay range in San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area is USD $165,600 - $272,300 per year.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
