As a Digital Product Owner in Bangalore, India, you will manage product compliance information for AB Volvo, focusing on chemical composition and hazardous details. You will define and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and backlog, collaborating with agile teams to maximize stakeholder value using AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

Define and evolve product vision, roadmap, objectives, and success measures aligned with business priorities.
Identify and prioritize business needs for reusable Agentic AI capabilities, balancing customer value, risks, technical dependencies, and capacity.
Own and refine the team backlog, ensuring clear priorities, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and expected outcomes.
Promote the reuse of Agentic AI capabilities across business areas while accommodating justified business-specific needs.
Leverage user feedback, adoption insights, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvements in usability, quality, and business value.
Collaborate with architecture, security, privacy, AI, and engineering teams to ensure solutions are secure, reliable, scalable, maintainable, and responsibly designed.
Coordinate dependencies and ensure readiness for onboarding, releases, support, monitoring, and ongoing operations.
Communicate priorities, decisions, trade-offs, risks, and expected outcomes to stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering in mechanical, chemical and Computer Science, or a related technical field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in automotive, manufacturing, or enterprise digital solutions.
Good understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and Agentic AI concepts, including orchestration, automation, and enterprise use cases.
Ability to translate business needs into AI-enabled product capabilities, assess feasibility, identify opportunities for reuse, and define measurable business outcomes.
Experience with SAFe, Scrum, backlog management, and Agile product delivery.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure), APIs, system integration, AI security, data privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Strong English communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders, influence decisions, resolve conflicts, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Desired Qualifications

SAFe or PSPO certification is an advantage.
