Responsibilities

  • Perform marketing operations to improve content visibility.
  • Understand and utilize marketing tools and operation workflow tools.
  • Continuously adapt and learn new program features to improve content editing and fixing.
  • Follow editing SOP to identify errors in content.
  • Contact stakeholders globally to provide status reports and communicate relevant information.
  • Escalate issues when needed.
  • Come up with improvement ideas to the direct report for editing/QA processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Excel at a basic level (e.g., UX navigation, math & logical functions, lookup functions, etc.).
  • Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in problem solving and data analytics.
  • Self-starter with strong attention to detail in editing content and identifying root causes of issues.
  • Good interpersonal skills to manage relationships with software and inter-operations teams.
  • Knowledge of or experience in the Publishing industry is a plus.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools and prompt engineering techniques to enhance content quality, automate tasks, and drive efficiency.
