Responsibilities

Perform simple annotation-related tasks in ML data processes (audio, image, video).
Participate in data collection activities.
Apply language skills, grammar knowledge, and linguistic rules to generate text.
Perform quality audits and verification.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Track queries related to annotation/data collection and share with stakeholders.
Track daily task completion status and provide status reports.
Adhere to confidentiality & compliance requirements.
Help test new SOPs and ML data tools.
Provide specific & timely feedback to streamline processes.
Offer remedial instruction in tool usage.

Requirements

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
Background in linguistics, creative writing, computational linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data.
Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and uses of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc.
Flexibility and interest to do repetitive tasks.
High level of energy and proactive nature.
A sense of ownership and drive and a willingness to accept the challenge of daily deadlines.
Attention to detail and ability to identify and rectify errors or inconsistencies.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
