Responsibilities
- Loading milk trolleys to trailers
- Sending milk to customers across the UK
- Using voice picking devices to fulfil customer orders
- Conducting physical inventory and housekeeping duties
- Operating and maintaining Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs)
- Ensuring strict food hygiene and Health & Safety standards
- Resolving minor breakdowns and performing basic maintenance
- Monitoring equipment performance and fault diagnosis
- Promoting good communication and working relationships
Requirements
- Proactive and efficient
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Adherence to health and safety rules
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a timely and organized manner
- Strong performer with good attendance record
- Willingness to learn further skills
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehousing or cold store environment is desirable but not essential
- Full training will be provided
