The Senior Technical Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions using IBM Infosphere DataStage Suite, SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Unix Shell Scripting. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, performing troubleshooting, and ensuring data quality and security.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using IBM Infosphere DataStage Suite.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data retrieval and manipulation.
Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL procedures, functions, and packages for data processing.
Create and maintain Unix shell scripts for automation and scheduling of data workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical recommendations.
Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of data integration jobs.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security in all data processing activities.

Requirements

Proficiency in IBM Infosphere DataStage Suite for ETL processes.
Strong command over SQL for querying and managing relational databases.
Experience in developing and optimizing Oracle PL/SQL procedures.
Knowledge of Unix shell scripting for automating data workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively in a team.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong experience in using Azure DevOps for build and deploy.
Familiarity with creating physical data models based on data model logic.
