In short

As a Microsoft Data Center Inventory & Asset Technician (DIAT) in Chonburi, Thailand, you will be responsible for cycle audits, managing incoming/outgoing deliveries, and maintaining inventory accuracy in IT systems. This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma and experience in warehouse/supply chain within an IT environment. You will coordinate with vendors, process RMAs, and ensure compliance with security and data management policies.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle audits and execute incoming/outgoing deliveries.
Coordinate security escorts for third-party vendors.
Document inbound and outbound deliveries.
Perform assigned tasks and escalate issues during high-volume activity.
Coordinate with suppliers to initiate warranty claims and process failed vendor hardware devices (RMA).
Complete tasks with minimal direct supervision.
Maintain accurate logical information within various inventory management systems.
Ensure detailed physical inventory tracking and staging.
Reconcile and report inventory discrepancies.
Perform destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) following policies.
Notify management about ordering stock shortages and escalate issues.
Comply with security and data management policies.
Embody company culture and values.

Requirements

High School Diploma AND 1+ year(s) experience warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, inventory management, retail, warehouse management, or a related field.
OR equivalent experience.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
Must pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Requires verification of Thailand Citizenship.
Must provide a valid Thailand passport to verify Thailand Citizenship.
Must be willing and able to be assigned to and work at the Chonburi site as required by the role.

Desired Qualifications

1+ year(s) experience in warehouse/supply chain in an information technology (IT) environment, IT, and/or logistics, operating heavy-load movement equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jacks, chassis lifts) for a large corporation
OR equivalent experience.
