- Maintain strict confidentiality and follow Amazon policies.
- Leverage technology and process innovation for continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to identify root causes and solve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
- Demonstrated ability to be successful in a highly fluid, fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise annotation instructions.
- Flexible to work across all shifts.
- Work from office, 5 days a week.
