Autoliv is looking for a Data & AI Operations Specialist to join their team in Brasov, Romania. This role involves supporting BI tools like Power BI, managing data and analytical systems (e.g., Snowflake, Qlik), and handling operational tasks for the global data operations team. The ideal candidate has a development or DevOps background, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Support Business Intelligence tools like Power BI
Platform management and Level Two Support for data and analytical systems (Informatica PWC, Snowflake, Fabric, Qlik, etc.)
Handle operational tasks for the global data operations team including platform lifecycle management
Administer the day-to-day tracking, auditing, and management of user security groups
Create and maintain operational handbooks for processes and systems used in data and analytics
Work closely with security, audit, and other operational teams to develop and maintain proper development governance (e.g., DEVOPS/MLOPS) and policies

Requirements

Development or DevOps background especially in Power BI, SQL
English fluency
Experience in Service delivery including logical thinking and analysis of incidents
Data management skills involving pattern recognition, understanding database design, and participating in database project planning
Strong communication and documentation skills

Desired Qualifications

Experience monitoring ETL pipelines (nice to have)
Experience managing and performing server maintenance (patching, restart, etc.) (nice to have)
Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA (nice to have)
