As a Customer Success Account Manager at Microsoft, you will be the primary delivery lead for strategic enterprise customers, empowering them to achieve more with Microsoft's Digital Cloud platforms. Responsibilities
- Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals for quality solution delivery.
- Align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work and link Customer Success Plans with account plan priorities.
- Support delivery program planning, customer-facing program reviews, and prioritization of engagements.
- Initiate conversations to connect customer objectives with the Microsoft portfolio, aligning technology and services with customer goals.
- Serve as Consumption and Usage Manager, tracking adoption, identifying improvement areas, and driving usage.
- Understand retention and churn to identify potential issues within the customer portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field.
- 2+ years of customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Cloud solutions (Azure, Microsoft 365, Security, Data & AI) or equivalent cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
- Demonstrated experience in project or program management, service delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Executive communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience working in or with large enterprise organizations across industries.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to influence and build trust across business and technical audiences.
- Microsoft or equivalent certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS).
- Background in consulting or professional services delivery.
- Experience operating in a matrixed, fast-paced, and global environment.
