Responsibilities

Support the back office team with order management, design administration, deliveries, and invoicing.
Collaborate directly with front office Customer Service Representatives.
Interact with other departments such as design handling, planning, and logistics.
Assist with other supply chain related activities.

Requirements

Active university student status in Italy for the next six months.
Fluent English and Italian.
Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package.
Accurate, detail-oriented, and well-structured.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Organized and customer-oriented.
Ability to understand the business and work as a team player.

Desired Qualifications

SAP R3 knowledge is a plus.
