This role involves supporting daily order management in SAP, preparing export documentation, and coordinating shipments. Responsibilities

Support daily order management activities in SAP and related systems.
Maintain order information and update order status accurately.
Assist in processing order changes, shipment splits, and delivery adjustments.
Prepare and maintain export-related documentation.
Support document collection and verification for shipments.
Coordinate with logistics providers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment documents.
Assist in coordinating shipment schedules and delivery arrangements.
Track shipment status and provide updates to the team.
Follow up on open issues with logistics providers and suppliers.
Provide operational support to the Marine business.
Participate in workflow standardization initiatives.
Support automation and digitalization projects.
Assist with testing and data validation activities for systems such as GEMS and TRAC.

Requirements

College diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Business Administration or related disciplines.
University students in their final year are also welcome.
0-2 years working experience in customer service, logistics, supply chain or related fields.
Internship experience in international trade, logistics or manufacturing companies is preferred.
Experience with export operations is an advantage.
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic understanding of logistics and order fulfillment processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Good communication skills in English reading and writing.
Ability to learn quickly and handle multiple tasks.
