This role is responsible for end-to-end order management, including order entry, monitoring, and fulfillment for marine and export operations. The specialist will also manage export documentation, trade compliance, and coordinate with logistics providers and internal teams. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the complete order fulfillment process from order entry to final delivery.
- Monitor order status throughout the lifecycle and proactively identify potential risks.
- Ensure order accuracy, delivery commitment, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage order changes, cancellations, split shipments, and delivery adjustments.
- Manage export shipments and relevant documentation.
- Coordinate export licenses, customs documentation, certificates, inspection requirements, and bonded zone procedures.
- Ensure compliance with relevant trade regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate daily with PCs, flow teams, planners, suppliers, and logistics partners.
- Support demand planning and delivery scheduling activities, identify potential delivery risks at an early stage.
- Drive actions to improve delivery performance and reduce supply chain constraints.
- Follow up critical material shortages and supplier commitments.
- Analyze order fulfillment performance and operational KPIs.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and operational excellence initiatives.
- Act as key driver to contribute to workflow standardization and automation projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in customer service, order fulfillment, supply chain operations, export logistics, or international trade operations.
- Solid understanding of international trade and export operations.
- Knowledge of customs procedures, bonded zone operations, and logistics coordination.
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management capability.
- Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple critical priorities simultaneously.

- Proven track record in above field.
- Experience in marine business, project delivery, or export-oriented manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
