As a CPI Product Specialist in Japan, you will be responsible for customer projects, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth through product-centered solutions and market deployment. This role involves acting as a bridge between engineering and sales, preparing technical proposals, and supporting new product introductions.
Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate reporting to supervisors.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and deliver optimal solutions.
- Prepare proposals in collaboration with headquarters’ technical departments.
- Plan, execute, and participate in exhibitions and seminars.
- Research competitor activities.
- Coordinate technical discussions, ordering, and delivery control with APC.
- Manage all project phases from planning to delivery and modification.
- Provide accurate project progress and delivery control.
- Provide ecosystem-based solutions including tightening and drilling technologies.
- Support new product introduction from France (training, documentation, localization).
- Benchmark latest technologies and competitor products.
Requirements
- Experience in customer-related project development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Basic PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
