Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contractual point of contact for BEWS, managing the end-to-end contract lifecycle from opportunity evaluation through negotiation, execution, governance, and closure.
- Ensure alignment with Ericsson's policies, sales directives, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide strategic contract guidance aligned with company objectives, working across Business Area and Market Area stakeholders to promote risk awareness and governance discipline.
- Partner with Sales teams to identify contractual risks early, building compliance awareness and supporting Ericsson's strategic positioning.
- Build trusted working relationships across geographies, customer units, and internal functions to enable smooth contract execution.
- Collaborate with Commercial Management, Legal, Finance, and Sales stakeholders to review and refine commercial terms and conditions.
- Maintain thorough contract documentation, follow-up processes, and compliance with internal policies and approval frameworks.
- Apply proactive problem-solving to navigate complexity while embracing digital tools, AI-enabled processes, and continuous improvement practices.
Requirements
- University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
- At least 7 years of relevant commercial contract management experience with a solid understanding of contract and business law principles.
- Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, Sourcing, and Operations.
- Experience managing customer and stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels.
- Strong ability to prioritize independently and deliver results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Working proficiency with contract lifecycle management systems, sales governance tools, analytics platforms, or automation solutions.
- Familiarity with Enterprise Go-to-Market models and/or experience in telecommunications, IT projects, or indirect sales.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Desired Qualifications
- World Commerce & Contracting (WCC) / IACCM certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Additional language proficiency is an advantage.
