Alstom is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join their System Construction Site Coordination Team in Tel Aviv-Yafo. This role involves monitoring site activities, liaising with project management, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with drawings and permits, reporting to the Area Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

Monitor, record and report work activities by all subsystems or/and CW.
Serve as a liaison with Project Management reporting on inspections, subcontracting, progress and delays.
Proactively identify and resolve site issues that may impede project delivery.
Identify or verify reported clashes and coordination issues between subsystems or/and CW.
Lead work area handover / handback, documenting any snags.
Assess the progress of works against the schedule.
Ensure necessary permits are available before the start of works.
Ensure all works are done based on approved drawings and MS.
Ensure each subsystem mobilizes its team and have the 4M implemented.
Identify and report deviations of installation from approved drawings.
Identify and report EHS hazards.
Coordinate all concurrent activities in the area and issue daily reports.

Requirements

University Degree
Previous experience in an Infrastructure Project
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
Quality-focused, rigorous, team-player
Decision-making and problem-solving ability
