Responsibilities

  • Review contract payment terms and prepare payment-related documents.
  • Track payments and interface with the ABB internal collection system.
  • Perform sales revenue recognition in accordance with O2C processes.
  • Monitor AR data monthly and identify anomalies.
  • Prepare and analyze AR aging report.
  • Monitor overdue customer accounts and formulate action plans.
  • Issue regular accounts receivable and overdue accounts management reports.
  • Provide guarantee-related consultation and support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Finance, International Trade, Economics, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong English skills in reading, writing and oral communication.
  • Proficient in SAP, Excel, Power Point, etc.
