Responsibilities

Manage General Activities (GA), Requests for Authorisation (RFA) and commercial claims to maximise cost recovery and contractual compliance.
Identify and document out-of-scope work opportunities and support commercial recovery initiatives.
Prepare, track and validate claims, contract variations and supporting documentation.
Produce accurate operational and commercial reports, dashboards and performance insights.
Monitor performance trends, risks and opportunities to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with operations, engineering, planning and finance teams to deliver commercial and operational outcomes.
Coordinate customer reporting, business reviews and stakeholder communications.
Manage action registers and ensure timely follow-up of key deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance processes, reporting and service delivery.
Support customer satisfaction through strong stakeholder engagement and outcome-focused performance management.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence internal and external stakeholder.
Demonstrated ability to prepare reports, analyse information and manage competing priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a commercial, contract administration, service delivery, business support, performance reporting or similar role.

Desired Qualifications

Experience within rail, transport, maintenance, manufacturing, infrastructure or asset-intensive industries (Desirable).
