In short

As a Warehouse Clerk on the 2nd shift in Fairburn, GA, you will be responsible for accurately managing inbound shipments and processing outbound customer orders using the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving, along with familiarity with WMS and SAP.

Responsibilities

Monitor merchandise received and shipped, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
Record and document inbound and outbound discrepancies, including incorrect products, quantity variances, and damaged goods.
Prepare reports and maintain shipping/receiving documentation.
Communicate with the Front Office Clerk regarding office supply needs.
Coordinate with inbound/outbound clamp operators and carriers.
Utilize WMS to generate pick lists, put-away lists, load sheets, and Bills of Lading (BOLs).

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Shipping and Receiving.
Experience working with a variety of WMS and MO.
Understanding of SAP.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multi-task under pressure independently and as part of the team.
Flexibility to work standard shifts as well as extended business hours.
