Responsibilities
- Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fix catalog issues for better customer experience.
- Document processes and update existing SOPs, suggesting changes as needed.
- Handle various daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
- Resolve attribute mismatches for better inventory classification and handling.
- Resolve tickets on policy conflicts like returnability.
- Improve ASIN discoverability by driving leaf nodes coverage and reducing misclassifications.
- Increase browse node classification accuracy.
- Act as a subject matter expert on IDQ and assist category POCs with catalog quality issues.
- Learn and understand Amazon's data resources and how to use them effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with Excel
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
