Responsibilities

  • Review Amazon catalog for content quality based on pre-defined guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to fix catalog issues for better customer experience.
  • Document processes and update existing SOPs, suggesting changes as needed.
  • Handle various daily, weekly, and monthly business reports.
  • Resolve attribute mismatches for better inventory classification and handling.
  • Resolve tickets on policy conflicts like returnability.
  • Improve ASIN discoverability by driving leaf nodes coverage and reducing misclassifications.
  • Increase browse node classification accuracy.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on IDQ and assist category POCs with catalog quality issues.
  • Learn and understand Amazon's data resources and how to use them effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, and read)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel

Desired Qualifications

  • Knowledge of basic computer business applications such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook.
