IKEA is hiring a part-time Carts Co-worker in Las Vegas, Nevada, to ensure a positive shopping experience by providing cart services, maintaining store tools, and assisting customers. This role involves direct customer interaction, issue resolution, and supporting various customer service functions within a retail environment.

Responsibilities

Provide friendly and efficient car loading and/or unloading services.
Keep the loading zone clean by clearing away straps, excess carts, and cardboard.
Ensure physical shopping tools (carts, pencils, bags, twine) are stocked and maintained.
Ensure physical shopping tools are filled at closing.
Monitor the condition of physical and digital shopping tools, reporting IT issues and removing unsafe items.
Address customer needs and resolve issues independently, escalating to a manager when necessary.
Support in other customer service areas like Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), Exchanges & Returns, and Click & Collect.
Provide a simple and efficient handout experience for FSHO.
Properly stage products and equipment when supporting Returns.
Ensure accurate order handoff for a positive customer experience with Click & Collect.
Contribute to an inclusive IKEA culture.

Requirements

Must be able to work nights & weekends.
Must complete a background check.
Must complete a drug test.
