Our CAD / Design Support Apprenticeship offers hands-on experience with engineering and CAD workflows for global R&D teams. Fresh graduates will assist with issue investigation, documentation, and basic automation in a Linux environment, contributing to stable workflows and improved documentation quality.

Responsibilities

Learning and supporting engineering and CAD workflows used by global R&D and design teams.
Assisting with investigation, reproduction, and documentation of technical issues under the guidance of experienced engineers.
Supporting basic automation and productivity improvements through scripts, utilities, and structured data handling.
Helping collect, validate, organize, and document technology, tool, or workflow-related information.
Participating in testing and validation of engineering tools, flows, and process updates.

Requirements

Completed B.E/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related field (Mandatory).
Fresh graduates from the class of 2026 or 2025.
Not currently enrolled/completed any M-Tech programs or postgraduate diplomas.
Not employed in any full-time positions at any company (limited internship experience is acceptable).
Good fundamentals in at least one relevant area such as digital electronics, analog electronics, semiconductor basics, programming, data structures, operating systems, or computer architecture.
Basic programming or scripting exposure in Python, C/C++, TCL, Shell, or a similar language.
Familiarity with UNIX/Linux commands and a willingness to work in a Linux-based engineering environment.
Ability to analyze a problem, document observations, and follow a structured debugging approach.

Desired Qualifications

Relevant academic or project experience in electronics, VLSI, EDA tools, or programming is beneficial.
