This role involves designing, building, and maintaining data pipelines, reports, and analytics solutions to support global compliance and circularity programs. Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, reports, and analytics solutions for Worldwide EPR compliance and circularity programs.
- Deliver efficient, testable BI solutions using large, multi-regional datasets.
- Enable cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions on regulatory obligations, recycling fees, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and senior BIEs to solve ambiguous problems and automate manual workflows.
- Improve data quality and reporting standards.
- Create mechanisms for non-technical stakeholders to self-serve data.
- Scope and deliver strategic projects to accelerate safety program success.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate redundant processes.
- Translate stakeholder problems into technical solutions.
- Leverage AWS services, internal data services, and AI-based tooling for data products and simplification.
- Partner with technical teams on end-to-end data solutions, focusing on data pipelines for core reporting and dashboarding.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics or equivalent quantitative field.
- 3+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. experience.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines.
- Experience using SQL to pull data from a database or data warehouse.
- Scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.
- Experience developing and presenting recommendations of new metrics allowing better understanding of the performance of the business.
