Your role

Mission

To Understand, advocate and implement the needs and requirements of all stakeholders within the business, conducting analyses, measuring various areas of performance and implementing process improvement initiatives in line with Atlas Copco’s visions and strategies.

Roles and Responsibilities

Business Analyst (80%)

  • Analyze new request for reports, automations and apps, including planning, feasibility, effort estimates and cost.
  • Create reports, apps, automations as assigned.
  • Maintain existing Power BI Reports through regular enhancements and changes required to keep reports up-to-date and available.
  • Continuously improve and share knowledge in Microsoft Power Platforms.
  • Train user community on new reporting functions.
  • Focus on best practices, in line with Atlas Copco and the Microsoft community.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Atlas Copco’s business needs and requirements through interactions with key stakeholders & BKU’s.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Data Migration (20%)

  • Make overall planning on activities to be done and follow up closely with your stakeholders.
  • Analyze and develop an understanding of varying ERP systems through research, discoveries, and discussions with the relevant stakeholders.  
  • Develop and maintain a functional understanding of Act! SAP solution with a focus on master data relevant to the business.
  • Work with SSMS and other database tools to facilitate mapping from various data sources into a common framework for migration to SAP.
  • Learn and improve our migration tools.
  • Support the business to achieve minimal downtime during migrations with analyst, data entry, and other duties as assigned.

Experience

3 years of relevant experience a must, preferably in the compressed air industry.

Education

Four-year degree in business or equivalent work experience.

Skills

  • Must be self-directed and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must have proven business analysis skills.
  • Must be proficient in SQL, Excel, DAX, and Power Query
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric platform’s: Power Automate, Power App, Dataflows
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC/C4C/BW is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • Must be willing and able to travel occasionally if needed.

Job location

This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to split your time between working remotely and being on-site at our Corporate office in Rock Hill SC.
