Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your business intelligence expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
You'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our data analytical capabilities and ensuring the highest quality standards. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Quality Key Users, regional/site stakeholders), provide end-user support, and lead application enhancements and tool implementations, among much more.
You’ll specifically take care of developing and improving Business Intelligence (BI) applications, but also ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
We’ll look to you for:
Providing Qlik Sense application users with relevant access and support
Hosting and supporting the Quality Key Users community
Managing monthly reminders and quality reporting indicators for governance dashboards
Monitoring and analyzing issues to address and resolve critical challenges
Enhancing existing applications and overseeing tool deployment across sites
Developing BI applications and data structures, including prototypes, user feedback integration, and functional testing

Degree in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business intelligence or related areas (young graduates are welcome)
Proficiency with BI tools such as Qlik Sense (Power BI is a plus)
Good understanding of databases, data models, and familiarity with Excel, SharePoint, and relational databases
Strong communication skills in English (French is a plus)
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Creative problem-solving mindset with a collaborative spirit
