Responsibilities
- Compliance with 'The Way We Do Things' of the Atlas Copco Group.
- Accountability for all financial performance of the Customer Center.
- Elaborate monthly and yearly forecasting reports.
- Lead financial planning and take ownership of month-end closings.
- Ensure highest control of the balance sheet and P&L.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.
- Develop and lead your own team, supporting individual members.
- Act as legal representative for the Customer Center and manage Puebla office administration.
- Align procedures with fellow business controllers in Mexico and regional departments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, international finance, controlling, business, accounting or similar.
- Proven leadership skills with a clear vision and ability to achieve results.
- Strong SAP knowledge (FICO, WM, MM).
- Strong analytical and financial skills.
- Ability to analyze information and deliver innovation, creating new automated standards and processes.
- Customer oriented and solution focused attitude.
- Strong international collaboration and alignment.
- Growth mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of English language.
- Mastery of international financial reporting standards.
- Experience in leading, managing and motivating people, adapting easily to different cultures.
- Experience working within an international matrix-organization.
