As a Business Analyst Support for the Indian Supply Chain, you will drive speed improvement initiatives, analyze data for business insights, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role requires strong analytical skills, comfort with process design, and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Drive daily execution of speed improvement initiatives across India's fulfillment network.
Monitor 0D/1D/2D GVS metrics to meet customer promises.
Lead cross-functional coordination between First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile teams for program delivery.
Analyze root causes of speed degradation and develop corrective action plans.
Manage capacity planning and resource allocation supporting speed objectives.
Partner with FC operations, transportation, and planning teams to resolve operational bottlenecks.
Generate performance reports and dashboards for leadership review.
Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce transit time variability.
Escalate critical issues and communicate operational challenges to senior stakeholders.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Statistical analysis tools and techniques, and SQL/ETL.
Experience with data visualization using QuickSight, Tableau, or similar tools.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Ability to deal with a high degree of ambiguity.
Ability to take a complex problem and break it down to smaller digestible chunks.
Ability to define a logical and step-by-step approach to achieving a lofty goal.
Comfortable with processes and process design/analysis.
Ability to influence without authority and do so by using data and facts.
Ability to deal with varied stakeholders and earn their trust.
Strong Analytical skills – ability to start from ambiguous problem statements, identify and access relevant data, make appropriate assumptions, perform insightful analysis and draw conclusion relevant to the business problem.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity for the team in evolving situations.
1+ years of data analytics or automation experience.
Bachelor's degree.
Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL.
Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level.
Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar.

Desired Qualifications

1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience.
