As a Business Analyst in Payments, you will be a key link between business stakeholders and teams, translating needs into requirements and driving data-informed decisions. Your responsibilities include analyzing data, identifying process improvements, and managing stakeholder relationships to achieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking mechanisms to support decision-making.
Perform root cause analysis to address business challenges.
Map end-to-end business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Support change management initiatives and ensure smooth adoption of new processes.
Act as the primary liaison between business teams, Stakeholders and leadership.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders with clarity.

Requirements

1+ years of data analytics or automation experience
1+ years of capacity planning, operations planning, business analysis or similar experience
Bachelor's degree
Knowledge of data pipelining and extraction using SQL
Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level
Experience with data mining tools like SQL, SAS, SPSS, or similar

Desired Qualifications

Experience in data analytics or automation
