As a Business Analyst III at Amazon Pay India, you will drive business strategy by analyzing complex data and creating actionable insights. You will own end-to-end analytics solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor other analysts, utilizing SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and QuickSight.

Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems and synthesize data to generate strategic recommendations.
Design and implement scalable analytics solutions using SQL, spreadsheets, and visualization tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and technical partners (BI Engineers, Data Scientists).
Communicate findings and recommendations to leadership through written narratives and presentations.
Mentor analysts on best practices in business analysis, data modeling, and insights generation.
Drive operational excellence through process improvement.

Requirements

5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience.
3+ years of writing SQL queries.
Experience creating business intelligence reports using Tableau, Power BI.
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights.
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
Experience with QuickSight dashboard and visual creation.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree in a business or analytical discipline.
