Responsibilities
- End-to-end responsibility for the customer experience and growth of their brand.
- Anticipate customer needs and incorporate them into the business roadmap.
- Drive major changes or enhancements for customer experience, influencing category needs based on market trends.
- Sign the right mix of selection in partnership with sellers and adding unique selection.
- Drive traffic conversion and relevant promotion constructs.
- Deliver top-notch customer experience on catalog.
- Work closely with top executives in large brands and internal teams on day-to-day planning.
- Identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of account management, project or program management or buying experience.
- 2+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of doing one of several roles: quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing or e-commerce experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects and implementing strategic initiatives.
- Experience in Retail, FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods), or a client/vendor-facing environment such as sales or negotiation.
- Experience owning end-to-end account or business performance outcomes.
- Experience managing or influencing senior stakeholders in a commercial or client-facing context.
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of doing one of several roles: management consulting, investment banking analyst/associate, or brand manager role at leading consumer packaged goods company experience.
- Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, retail planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation or supply chain.
