About this opportunity:

The LDA is responsible for managing operational tools, driving end-to-end analysis, and supporting automation and monitoring enhancements across Core, RAN, and Transmission (TXN) domains. The role requires strong coordination with multiple stakeholders and active contribution towards improving operational efficiency and automation initiatives. The candidate must be willing to work in a 24x7 shift environment.

What you will do:

  • Handle customer escalations with end-to-end analysis and timely resolution.
  • Perform end-to-end verification and integration of new vendor probes and node types in coordination with all stakeholders.
  • Conduct Acceptance Testing (AT) for new probes and ensure successful onboarding.
  •  Prepare and analyze Outage vs TT reports, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
  • Create and optimize MATE rules in coordination with LCM for Core, RAN, and TXN domains, including troubleshooting existing rules.
  •  Develop and implement automation solutions for Front Office teams, acting as an SME to reduce manual intervention.
  • Manage and implement OneFM CM changes, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Perform alarm management activities, including alarm addition, filtering, and dashboard creation for effective monitoring.
  •  Lead and participate in daily coordination calls with MSIP, automation teams, and other stakeholders, providing SME-level inputs.
  • Drive ZLD implementation across Core, RAN, and TXN domains.

The skills you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / IT / Computer Science/Electronics/Data sciene
  •  Knowledge of telecom networks (2G/3G/4G/5G preferred)
  •  Familiarity with RAN, RNC, BSC, SNMP, UDM, CORBA
  •  Monitoring tools (MATE/OneFM/ITSM/Actuation tool)
  •  Ticketing tools (Remedy, JIRA)
  •  Basic Linux/Unix knowledge/SQL
  •  Minimum experience for 5 yrs
