Responsibilities

Ideate and manage high impact projects which increase user safety, or improve user experience, in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders.
Perform investigative fraud and abuse analysis, producing actionable insights and recommendations.
Identify opportunities for new signals, automation, workflow improvements and operational efficiency gains.
Drive solutions/projects to completion.
Regularly mentor and provide guidance to team members.
Perform on-call responsibilities on a rotating basis, including weekend coverage/holidays.
Work with sensitive content or situations and may be exposed to graphic, controversial, or upsetting topics or content.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience in data analytics, Trust & Safety, policy, cybersecurity, or related fields.

Desired Qualifications

Experience in roles related to business analysis, statistical analysis or Machine Learning.
Experience in process/project management, with the ability to navigate and influence cross-team stakeholders.
Ability to solve large unstructured business problems, preferably in fraud investigations and risk management space.
Excellent process/project management, prioritisation, multitasking, analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to process a high amount of data to drive business strategies and decisions.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate with multiple cross-regional and cross-functional stakeholders.
