Amazon is hiring an Associate, ML Data Operations, for its GO-AI Operations team in Karnataka, India. This is a 6-month contract role focused on auditing video and image data from fulfillment centers to maintain inventory accuracy and stow quality. The position requires attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to work rotational shifts remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Watch and audit video/image data of stowing actions in fulfillment centers.
  • Indicate product locations using judgment and provided tools.
  • Ensure highest level of accuracy and speed in audits.
  • Provide responses by following goals on accuracy, speed, and practices.
  • Spend 6.8 to 7 hours per day answering videos.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to work in a Non-tech role for a contract duration of 6 months.
  • Ability to audit image/video/text based jobs.
  • Ability to identify details from blurry, less sharp videos with high attention and focus.
  • Willingness to work on incremental targets/goals on quality & productivity.
  • Fast pace of implementation & consistent performance.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts) and with remote teams.
  • Maintain a dedicated workspace with a table, chair, and sufficient lighting (for work-from-home associates).
  • Ensure workspace/work-related data is not accessed by anyone other than the employee (for work-from-home associates).
  • Willing to switch ON laptop camera while on virtual meetings.
  • Readiness to come to the office for a few days when required (applicable for work-from-home associates).

  • Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
