Atlas Copco is seeking an Assistant Manager/Sr. HR Officer in Pune, India, to support the HR Manager in enhancing organizational capability, employee engagement, talent development, and performance. Responsibilities
- Support training needs analysis through competency mapping, talent reviews, and business inputs.
- Coordinate technical, functional, behavioral, and leadership development programs.
- Drive utilization of Learning:Link, LinkedIn Learning, Atlas Copco Academy, and other learning platforms.
- Plan and coordinate physical, mental, social, and financial wellbeing initiatives.
- Execute the annual employee engagement calendar, including surveys, recognition, inclusion, culture-building, sports, recreation, and CSR activities.
- Support goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and related governance processes.
- Coordinate talent reviews, succession planning, and development planning activities.
- Support strategic HR, organizational development, and change management initiatives.
- Prepare HR dashboards, reports, presentations, and management review materials.
- Maintain accurate records related to learning, engagement, performance, and talent processes.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance requirements, and audit standards.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, digitalize, and continuously improve HR processes.
Requirements
- 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience.
- Exposure to learning and development, employee engagement, performance management or talent management.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
- Working knowledge of learning and development, employee engagement, performance management, talent management, succession planning and HR analytics.
- Comfort with HR systems and digital learning platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a manufacturing, engineering, industrial, service or sales organization is preferred.
