As an Artwork/Content Quality Specialist for Prime Video Localization Operations in Bengaluru, you will be the quality gatekeeper for AI-generated creative assets. You will review and edit artwork, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, and visual appeal, while also assisting in the development and testing of AI tools for operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Review AI-generated artwork, including subtitles and dubbed audio, identifying errors in image quality, title placement, aesthetics, translation accuracy, and cultural appropriateness.
  • Review metadata and other references to understand artwork intent.
  • Edit and refine images in accordance with established guidelines using creative skills.
  • Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools for operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and input user stories.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members on quality review processes and localization standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English (speak, write, and read).
  • Experience using design tools, such as Photoshop.
  • 1+ year of experience creating or modifying digital artwork.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigative decisions with minimal guidance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, auditors, and subject matter experts.

Desired Qualifications

  • Advanced fluency in a secondary language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese).
  • Passion for the media and entertainment industry, particularly streaming services.
  • Experience in translation or content localization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
