Responsibilities

- Edit and refine images using creative skills in accordance with established guidelines.
- Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of AI tools for operational use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and input user stories for tool and process improvement.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on quality review processes, sharing expertise in localization and content standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading English.
- Experience using design tools, such as Photoshop.
- 1+ year of experience creating or modifying digital artwork.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make complex investigative decisions with minimal guidance.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with project managers, auditors, and subject matter experts to clarify context and resolve queries.
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced fluency in a secondary language (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean, or Mandarin Chinese) in speaking, writing, and reading.
- Passion for the media and entertainment industry, particularly streaming services.
- Experience in translation or content localization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
