Volvo Group Australia is seeking an Apprentice Parts Interpreter at their Prestons, NSW location. This temporary role offers on-the-job training to complete a Cert III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting) while supporting the Parts team. Ideal for individuals with a strong interest in the heavy vehicle industry and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Shadow experienced Parts Interpreters to gain knowledge of the parts systems and processes
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to VCV customers
Respond efficiently to customer enquiries by phone or email
Assist with parts identification and inventory management
Perform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and ordering
Complete a Cert III in Automotive Sales (Parts Interpreting), funded by Volvo Group

Requirements

A true interest in the heavy vehicle industry (preferably trucks and buses)
Sound communication and customer service skills
Sound computer skills, including the Microsoft Office suite
The ability to prioritise your workload and work in a team environment
The ability to participate in a rotating roster to work Saturday shifts (after you're fully trained)
Be a minimum of 16 years or older
