In short

American Express is seeking an enthusiastic Apprentice to support marketing offer management and execution. This role involves hands-on experience in campaign operations, offer setup, performance tracking, and collaboration with internal teams, developing practical skills in marketing operations and analytics. The apprenticeship is for 24 months.

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end setup, execution, and ongoing management of marketing offers and campaigns.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure offers are launched accurately and within agreed timelines.
Monitor offer performance and prepare regular reports and insights to support campaign optimization.
Perform quality checks and maintain accurate offer-related data, documentation, and trackers.
Support day-to-day marketing operations, troubleshoot offer-related issues, and identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with data and basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, processes, and marketing concepts.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow defined processes, and deliver work within timelines.
