Responsibilities
- Responsible for sizing and selection, and providing on-time quotations to customers through Regional Sales Managers or Dealers.
- Responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly commitments for on-time quotations.
- Track quotations issued for win rate, processing time, and proportion of clean orders received.
- Support Regional Sales Managers and Dealers in technical discussions with customers.
- Follow up with customers via phone and personal visits for conversion of assigned quotations to purchase orders.
- Review purchase orders received and hand over for execution.
- Consolidate and submit technical and price offers in the customer's format.
- Check PO for compliance with the offer submitted, inform customer/Sales Manager/Dealer of discrepancies, and follow up for amendments.
- Pass clean orders with supporting documents to SOM for execution.
- Guide SOM to provide order acknowledgement and necessary documents to the customer, tracking communication for smooth execution and payment.
- Manage change orders impacting price, delivery, damages, etc.
- Support the purchase team with clarifications for regulators imported from abroad.
- Support the QA team for inspection by liaising with the customer.
- Collaborate with regional sales managers to meet and exceed regional assigned targets.
- Correspond with application experts at other world locations for special applications/prices and interact with factories for testing requirements and delivery periods.
- For MRO inquiries, interact with the service team, customers, and BU experts to investigate root causes and propose solutions.
- Submit weekly and monthly reports in the prescribed format.

- Good knowledge of Commercial terms and conditions.
Desired Qualifications
- Engineering Degree with 5-10 years’ experience, preferably within the process industry.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Familiar with basic business software’s applications.
