Responsibilities

  • Lead pre-sales technical engagements for HAPS FPGA prototyping platforms and ProtoCompiler, understanding customer SoC validation challenges, design requirements, and timeline constraints.
  • Present tailored prototyping solutions addressing customer needs in partitioning, performance, debug, and integration with existing RTL-to-hardware workflows.
  • Conduct technical evaluations, proof-of-concept projects, and benchmarks to demonstrate how HAPS solves customer problems.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to shape opportunity strategy, qualify technical fit, handle objections, and advance deals.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and architecture reviews to diverse audiences.
  • Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customer architects and engineering leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in FPGA-based prototyping, ASIC design, or SoC validation.
  • Deep understanding of RTL-to-hardware workflows and design challenges during bring-up.
  • Strong command of FPGA architectures (e.g., Xilinx, Intel), RTL design (Verilog, VHDL), synthesis flows, and hardware bring-up/debug techniques.
  • Comfort with travel to customer sites for evaluations, presentations, and technical engagements.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with HAPS platforms, ProtoCompiler, or similar FPGA prototyping tools is highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively assess customer needs in initial meetings.
  • Skill in addressing technical objections and competitive comparisons with specifics and data.
  • Seamless collaboration with sales teams, understanding their goals, and proactive deal shaping.
  • Ability to present technical content to diverse audiences, from engineers to program managers.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities, evaluations, and deliverables.
