Amazon's Global Transportation & Logistics organization is seeking an innovative Supply Chain Logistics Manager to oversee logistics execution for the Tech Supply Chain across the APAC region. This role focuses on end-to-end delivery of IT assets, driving speed, scalability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the logistics execution of Tech Supply Chain across the APAC region.
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of IT assets across multiple programs.
  • Define and deliver global solutions that drive speed, scalability, and operational excellence.
  • Onboard carrier and warehousing logistics providers.
  • Manage suppliers and vendors through structured KPI frameworks and scorecards.
  • Lead and develop a team of logistics professionals.
  • Manage daily carrier relationships.
  • Drive step-change improvements in safety, quality, and cost.
  • Collaborate with key operational experts across the company to influence new business initiatives.
  • Be flexible to travel domestically up to 30%.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of developing diverse supplier strategies and executing on sourcing activities.
  • 3+ years of supply chain, forecasting, manufacturing, sourcing/procurement, or vendor management experience.
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • 2+ years of supply chain experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements.
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine improvements.

Desired Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization.
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules.
