Responsibilities

Ensures vendor master data integrity by reviewing, verifying, and entering information.
Reviews and approves Purchase Requisitions to convert them to Purchase Orders.
Liaises with stakeholders to gather information for Purchase Requisitions and resolve PO-related issues.
Assists and trains stakeholders on Purchasing processes.
Performs monthly KPI analysis for Purchasing.
Handles yearly 1099 processing.
Prepares Account Reconciliations and investigates variances.
Contributes to process streamlining and improvement.
Handles ad hoc requests as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems like Oracle, Quickbooks or SAP.

Desired Qualifications

Demonstrated experience creating spreadsheets, charts and reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.
Experience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system.
High accuracy and speed with numerical data.
Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
