Responsibilities
- Process vendor payments in weekly cycles.
- Perform regular bank and corporate credit card reconciliations.
- Manage employee expense claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
- Support Month-End Close activities.
- Provide guidance on expense management policies.
- Deliver services according to SLAs and meet KPIs.
- Partner with business stakeholders for high-quality financial services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Fresh graduates or maximum 1–2 years of relevant experience.
Desired Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and Hungarian (Written & Spoken).
- Experience in Oracle ERP System is an advantage.
- AP experience in a manufacturing or financial shared services environment at a multinational company is a plus.
