Vattenfall is seeking an Analytics Translator in Amsterdam to connect business needs with data, analytics, and AI solutions. This full-time, permanent hybrid role involves identifying opportunities, translating strategic priorities into roadmaps, and developing business cases to drive measurable value. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, strong business acumen, stakeholder management skills, and working knowledge of analytics and AI.

Responsibilities

Identify and shape opportunities for analytics, machine learning, Generative AI and other AI-enabled solutions.
Translate strategic priorities and business challenges into clearly defined initiatives and epics.
Maintain and develop the Data & Analytics roadmap and support fact-based prioritisation.
Develop business cases and solution proposals with clear value hypotheses and success measures.
Connect stakeholders across business domains and Data & Analytics.
Recognise relevant privacy, security and responsible AI considerations early.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a relevant business, analytical or technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
Experience in data or digital product management, analytics consulting or business analysis, including discovery, prioritisation and adoption in an Agile environment.
Strong business acumen and consulting skills.
Strong stakeholder-management skills.
Working knowledge of analytics, machine learning and Generative AI.
Understanding of data, privacy, security and responsible AI considerations.

Desired Qualifications

Comfortable moving between strategic conversations and concrete initiatives.
Ability to bring structure to complex questions without losing sight of the outcome.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders, challenge assumptions and help people make choices.
Sufficient understanding of data and AI to recognize opportunities and collaborate effectively with technical specialists.

Benefits

Salary range: €5704 to €7100 gross per month.
8% holiday allowance.
4.5% end-of-year payment.
Profit sharing up to 3.5% of annual salary.
NS Business Card for commuting or a travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer.
Home-working allowance of €3.05.
