Responsibilities
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer privacy.
- Work with diverse data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
- Deliver high-quality labelled data according to guidelines and KPIs using in-house tools.
- Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities.
- Make sound judgments and logical decisions with ambiguous information.
- Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ability to switch between tasks.
- Support daily operational deliverables for assigned task types.
- Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
- Identify day-to-day process and operational issues and suggest changes to improve Standard Operating Procedures and tools.
- Provide floor support and clarify internal queries during execution.
Requirements
- Fluent in speaking, writing, and reading Hindi.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Strong business writing skills for reports, proposals, and professional correspondence.
- Advanced reading comprehension for analyzing complex business documents.
- Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across projects.
- Proficient research skills for gathering and synthesizing information.
- Proven attention to detail in managing complex tasks and documents.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of advanced English at CEFR level B2/C1.
- 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
- Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for research.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
- 1+ years of project coordination or management experience.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across departments.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
