We are seeking an AI Business Process Finance & Supply Chain Solution Engineer to guide enterprise customers through AI and business process transformations. In this customer-facing role, you will leverage your Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain expertise, combined with AI and solution architecture knowledge, to help clients adopt Microsoft solutions and address complex business challenges. Responsibilities include leading technical win strategies, designing solution approaches, and collaborating with internal teams and partners.

Responsibilities

Lead the technical win strategy for customer opportunities by understanding priorities, identifying requirements, and translating business needs into Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain and AI solution strategies.
Design and communicate solution approaches using relevant architecture patterns and Microsoft best practices across Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, Copilot Studio, AI Agents, and related technologies.
Lead technical customer engagements, including envisioning workshops, architecture sessions, demonstrations, and proofs of concept.
Drive technical decision making and competitive differentiation by demonstrating Microsoft's value and addressing technical blockers.
Collaborate with Microsoft partners and system integrators to scale technical engagements and support solution design.
Partner across Sales, Account, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success teams to execute strategic opportunities and address technical blockers.
Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback, competitive insights, and technical blockers with product and engineering teams.
Demonstrate technical leadership and continuous learning by maintaining expertise across Dynamics 365, AI, and relevant Microsoft technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
Fluent English and Portuguese communication skills.

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 8+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
Fluent Spanish communication skills.
