Requirements

- Good knowledge of Python and C++.
- Genuine curiosity about how LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or agents work.
- Understanding of basic ML algorithms and structures (experience with numpy, pandas, sklearn/torch).
- English on an intermediate level at least.
- Good analytical thinking skills and ability to work in a group.
- Available 35-40 hours a week and can work from the office.
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, local models via ollama).
- Familiarity with RAG concepts: embeddings, vector databases, chunking strategies.
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AgentCore, MCP).
- Developer fundamentals: Git, Docker, Linux, AWS.
- Experience with other programming languages (e.g. Java, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with developer tools (Git, Jenkins, Maven).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
