We are looking for an Advocacy Operations Associate to support a fast-paced, international operations environment at Amazon Flex in Hyderabad. The role requires excellent communication, work plan management, and the ability to meet business metrics. A Bachelor's degree and experience with Microsoft Office are required.

Responsibilities

Follow SOPs or manager's instructions and ensure tasks are quality compliant.
Contribute to project improvement ideas.
Provide timely responses to stakeholders on related tasks.
Proactively raise issues/alarms to manager or stakeholders.
Meet business metrics and goals, including SLA, productivity targets, and quality benchmarks.
Maintain records of day-to-day work by updating trackers or workflow tools.
Meet predetermined and assigned productivity targets and quality standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree.
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
